5 Days International Workshop on Innovations in Food Technology was held from 15th May to 19th May 2023.
The workshop aimed to create an effective forum for exchanging knowledge and ideas in the area of Food Technology. The lectures on innovate areas by national and international eminent speakers were given on topics such as Artificial Intelligence in Food Processing, Advancements in Food Technology, Role of Electrical Engineering in Food Technology, Advancement in Value Addition of Underutilized Fruits and Vegetables and Hydrocolloids in Food Industry.
